The report is normally $199. Chamber members can get one free report per member organization. It's built from the organization's own utility bills and requires no site visit.

A 12-month review of electric and gas use and spending, with seasonal patterns and unusual spikes flagged

A peer comparison of the building's energy intensity against similar U.S. buildings, using federal CBECS data

Savings opportunities ranked by payback, so owners know what to tackle first

A 15-minute walkthrough call to review the findings and available rebates

"Most business owners and nonprofit leaders know their energy bill is too high, but they don't know if it's actually high for a building like theirs, or what to do first," said Jin Jo, Senior Consultant of AURA Insight. "This report answers both questions in plain language, with no sales pitch."

AURA Insight is independent. It doesn't sell equipment or take contractor commissions, so its recommendations reflect what makes sense for each building.
