So often, leaders feel they were thrown into their role by accident, that they weren't really given the tools they needed to lead.  Similarly, they may feel they’re leading by accident, moving from crisis to crisis each day, responding to whatever items come their way.  Real leadership, though, is done with intent.  Leaders will always need to be responsive, but effective leaders understand what deserves their attention, and in what way.  And most importantly, effective leaders know how to stay on course, so that they’re leading the work, instead of the work leading them.

This session will discuss the fundamentals that leaders need to stop leading by accident and start leading with intention.
