Please join us to celebrate the renaming of Woodhill Towers to Holman-Short Towers in honor of longtime Executive Director Kim Holman-Short. For nearly 35 years, Ms. Holman-Short dedicated her career to advancing affordable housing and strengthening the Bloomington community. Her leadership and commitment have left a lasting impact on countless families and individuals. This renaming serves as a tribute to her legacy of service, compassion, and advocacy. To commemorate this special occasion, the Housing Authority will host a dedication ceremony on May 21, 2026, at 104 E. Wood Street, Bloomington, IL 61701, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, with the ribbon cutting taking place at 1pm.
