About
Lifelong Access has helped people break down barriers in McLean County and surrounding communities for nearly 70 years. We have two core values. In a Culture of Love, we are empathetic, we value each other's differences, we treat the Lifelong Access family with dignity and respect and we hold each other accountable. We Respect Self and Others by: recognizing our capacity and that of our teammates, we embody professional integrity, and we work together toward common goals.
We offer a lifetime of meaningful services in our programs. We proudly support people with or without intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as children with developmental delays and children who are neurotypical and recovering from surgery. Our major programs include Pediatric Therapy, High School Transition Program, Community Day Services, Supported Living Program, Supported Employment Program, Behavioral Health Clinic, Lifelong Friends, and Change to Independence Altogether (CIA). We envision a community where children, teens, and adults receive holistic support through a lifetime of meaningful services. Pediatric Therapy includes: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy, Developmental Therapy, Counseling Services, and Early Intervention.
The Gregg Chadwick Lifelong Access Pediatric Therapy Center is located at 1302 Franklin Ave., on the grounds of the Carle BroMenn Medical Center. This space includes a colorful sensory gym, a spacious motor gym, individual therapy rooms, group therapy rooms, and a serial casting space.
