4. The amount due by the renter for the reservation is in accordance with the Room Rental Fees policy and will be invoiced following receipt of a signed agreement and Chamber approval. This amount is due no later than the day of the reservation prior to the reservation start time.
5. Cancellations may be made up to 1 business day in advance. Failure to cancel a reservation within the cancellation period will result in no refund if payment has been made and a charge in the full amount of the reservation if payment has not been made.
6. The Chamber reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation at any time and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.
7. The renter agrees to follow the Chamber’s Room Rental Before You Leave Checklist after completing their meeting. Failure to follow the checklist may result in a $25 cleanup fee.
8. Renter will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that the Chamber may incur as a consequence of the actions of renter or any of renter’s guests while renter is in control of the meeting room and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Chamber against any and all legal actions which may arise from renter’s use of the meeting room.
9. The renter agrees to adhere and follow the Terms and Conditions of the meeting space which is available upon request.
10. By signing below you certify you understand and accept the terms of this agreement and that the agreement is subject to Chamber approval and space availability.
