Class Description:

The workplace is filled with different perspectives, which means the potential for conflict exists.  Effective Leaders know that conflict, in some form, is inevitable.  Further, not all conflict is bad, as some conflict generates new ideas, or illuminates obstacles that hold a team back.  Leaders who train their teams manage the conflict constructively and keep the team aligned and moving forward.

Attendees of this session will learn to recognize causes of workplace conflict, facilitate conflict resolutions, and manage work relationships once the conflict has been resolved.  Participants will learn the causes and types of workplace conflict, methods of resolving conflict, and effective communication and problem-solving during conflict resolution.
